First Church is a place where people can belong, encounter Jesus in powerful ways, and, as a result, live differently.

Our Ministry Strategy

1. The presence of God comes first. When we put Him first, the result is transformed lives, homes, workplaces, and communities. We prioritize prayer, fasting, worship, and depth in the Word.

2. We do life and ministry as a team. Everyone has a place to use their gifts, talents, and anointings. Our leadership model trains, equips, and empowers people to make a difference in the Kingdom of God.

3. We are focused on becoming healthy and whole as individuals and as a church. The healthier our church is, the more fruitful we will be. In addition to our discipleship programs, we offer freedom through prayer ministry, inner healing, and deliverance.

4. We are rejecting mediocrity, the status quo, and a poverty mentality. Instead, we seek to be life-giving, excellence-focused, and generous in all we do. We refuse to settle for less than what God has for us!

5. We are training up our next generation to be world-changers for Jesus. We not only want our children to learn about God, but to encounter Him for themselves so they are transformed and grow deep roots in Him.
